Since purchasing The Rittenhouse in 2012, Hersha Hospitality Trust has invested over $18 million in the asset, solidifying the hotel’s prominent place as a luxury market leader. Our multi-phase renovation has reenvisioned the guestrooms, public spaces, and F&B spaces, including the Mary Cassatt Tea Room, the Library Bar and Scarpetta – an LDV-operated casual-elegant Italian restaurant. The Rittenhouse Spa & Club was comprehensively overhauled and now features modern architectural appointments.
