The St. Gregory’s restaurant and lobby upgrades included reconfiguration of the bar, business center and lobby seating area, as well as the addition of a grand stair to the main dining areas. Millwork and wood flooring were installed throughout. All furnishings were updated. The building facade was painted as well, and the exterior signage was
replaced. The project value was $3.6 Million dollars and was completed October, 2016. Hersha partnered with Boxwood and Bill Rooney Studio for architecture and interior design.
